Lobby Digital Screens
The Communications Office manages the infrastructure and content displayed on the two digital screens located in the School of Nursing lobby. These displays serve as a dynamic communication tool designed to enhance the visitor and employee experience by providing real-time information, including school wide news items, events, announcements, and more.
The 'Directory' screen, located next to the Student Affairs Office, has touchscreen functionality and allows user to navigate between news/events content, SON directory, campus map, and more. The 'Events' screen is located across from the Student Affairs Office and displays a looping slideshow of events, news, and announcements.
School of Nursing faculty, staff, and students can request content additions to the screen.
Submission Details:
Please follow the below instructions when submitting requests.
- Content Submitter: Prepares and submits 'ready-to-post' graphic/flyer
- Format: JPEG or PNG
- Layout: 1920x1080 pixels (landscape orientation)
- Content Type: Announcements, events, news, research study recruitment, etc.
- Design Templates: Templates are available in Canva
- You are not required to utilized provided templates for digital screen placements
