Annual Performance Evaluations

The below information is updated annually to reflect any year-to-year changes.
'25-'26 Staff Performance Evaluations Due by June 19, 2026
All 2025-2026 performance evaluations for Joe C. Wen School of Nursing staff personnel must be completed by June 19, 2026. Please utilize the Performance Evaluation Form along with the Performance Evaluation Guide to complete the staff reviews. Also, SON HR strongly encourages the use and inclusion of the Employee Self-Appraisal Form during the process so that employees can summarize their contributions. HR will be sending out gentle reminders on May 1st and June 5th to ensure timely completion of the evaluations.

- LinkedIn Learning Performance Management Foundations is a collection of curated eCourses that address accountability, coaching, feedback, motivation, and other core elements of helping your team members do their best.
- The HR Portal Page includes guidance on preparing for performance conversations, UC Competency ABCs that will assist with development planning, as well as competencies matrixed with LinkedIn Learning offerings. Newly added: AI and Performance Management guidelines and tips.
- CHR conducts Virtual Performance Management Refresher sessions via Zoom (register via UC Learning Center) and department-specific refreshers, time-permitting (contact Rejeana Mathis or David Fuller).
