Funding Requests

All requests to use School of Nursing operational funds require that a Funding Request Form be completed and submitted to the SON Budget Team for review, discussion, and collective decision.

Instructions: Please download and complete a Funding Request Form in its entirety and email it along with a quote/estimate of the total projected costs to the SON Budget Team at: SONBudgetTeam@mednet.ucla.edu. The Budget Team will review and get back to you with a decision.

*Note: SON Budget Team does not approve last-minute requests unless there is an emergency.
